In a pandemic who said we can’t have nice things. As seen during my walks with Enzo.

The Carnival Village used to be one of my favorite times as a child. The fort Christian parking lot in the month of April housed carnival rides and ‘the village’ a perimeter of booths serving up freshly made local cuisine.

The rides are up and running tonight. Of course everything looks smaller with the passage of time, but wonder and excitement still beam on the faces of its youngest visitors.
