we went to Macaroni Grill yesterday to send off one of our officemates and my coworker jlo (first name begins w/ j, last name begins w/ lo) found a piece of something that looked like the top or bottom edge of a glass or plasic jar in his spinach ravioli. and the other person who had the same thing got a lil remnant of the same substance in hers.

The head chef/management was in full CYA mode.

“It couldn’t have been anything we use in the kitchen”

doesn’t really change the fact that there was something there…

this is the second time jlo has had a bad lunch going out w/ us, the first time being on his first day. I felt really bad for him.

I hadn’t had any bad MG experiences, but I think about the last time I went there and S had the Goldilocks steak: first Too Burnt, then Too Raw, and Just box it up and let me cook it myself.

while at MG I took time to do my customary crayon sketches and this time jp was my victim.
