when I get up early in the AM and try to find an alternative to watch during the stationary bike, I have discovered what channels are war free. it’s just a matter of what you can tolerate

G4TV – 5:30-6:00 – the Videogame channel runs a 1/2 hour infomercial block of Snoop’s Gizirls Gizone Wizild. isn’t this really wrong?
Style – 6:00-6:30 Dining in Style, and anything on HGTV, Food Network, Sundance or a Shopping Channel.

by this time I’ve had enough and am ready to get my war updates.
