Can the V-chip block reality television? I’m just wondering? I would really like to know.
Some of these people I feel sorry for – that they’re using this show to get back on TV. Others I detest for the same reason.
NEW YORK (AP) — VH1 has selected seven new has-beens to stop being polite and start trying to revive their careers on The Surreal Life. The fifth season of the reality show, now in production, will premiere Sept. 4, the cable channel announced Tuesday.
Apprentice villain Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth will share a mansion with former Salt-N-Pepa member Sandi Denton and a former slugger.

In the show, a group of not A-list celebs are taped 24 hours a day while living and playing together in a mansion in the Hollywood Hills.
The new cast includes America’s Next Top Model judge Janice Dickinson, former slugger Jose Canseco, Sandi “Pepa” Denton of Salt-N-Pepa, Bronson Pinchot from Perfect Strangers, Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth from the first season of The Apprentice, British model Caprice and motorcrosser Carey Hart.
The first two seasons of The Surreal Life aired on The WB before the show moved to VH1. Past cast members include Flavor Flav, Charo, Ron Jeremy, Verne Troyer, Vanilla Ice and Corey Feldman.
With Omarosa, Janice Dickinson and Pepa in the house, I sense plenty of catfights in the making. This may just be the best season of The Surreal Life yet.
The Surreal Life- one word: trainwreck. I’m about to set that up on TiVo now.
I am not a big t.v watcher….but I have discovered the sureal life and it is COMEDY!! I started watching the end of last seasons Flav and Brigette fiasco….And this season Da Brat is sooo funny callin everyone “has-beens” LOL Comedy at it’s best….
