If you change your rate plans w/ Cingular, they strip all of the extras that came with your plan and schedule you to get them on the date that your plan actually changes which is the 20th of the month.
One of these features that I lost and didn’t think was an “extra” feature was caller ID. So for the last few days, I’m thinking everyone who’s called has their number blocked. And it shows up as “Unknown” which replaces the last “Unknown” call in my Received Calls log.
So if i wasn’t able to answer the phone, and they didn’t leave a message, I had no idea who called. Almost as crippling as not having a phone. I finally figured it out when D called me. I called Cingular and the Helper even thought that was a stupid thing that was done.
I have decided Caller ID should be a protected constitutional right.
