Maya kicked my butt today. She’s my new personal trainer and she gives me commands through the Xbox.
She offers workouts from 500 different exercises, and recommends a weekly meal plan complete with recipes, preparation instructions, shopping lists and over 4500 recipes.
It’s a damn cool application, can’t really call it a game at all.
You got that! They finally came out with a PS2 version. I want to rent it first. I’m infamous for buying workout dvds and hating them after one use.
a PT via the xBox? hmmmm..so what’s the diff betwwen that and a DVD version. Can you virtually workout with her or do you have to workout for real 😉
With this version she asks you how each set of exercises was that you completed, and adjusts future workouts based on if it was ok, too hard or too easy. she tracks your progress, you don’t have to think about which body part to concentrate on. Like one day is core training, another day is cardio, another is lower body, another upper body, another is weight loss concentration, etc.
She also adjusts exercises based on if you have weights, a balance ball, a step bench or a heart monitor. You tell her which days you will commit to and how long to exercise on that day.
And she gets on you if you miss a day.
I was wondering if this item was something worth buying and utilizing…
