since I am treating my “convergence device” as my mobile office by adding a project time tracker, efficient data entry has become a priority. Enter ThinkOutside’s Infrared Wireless Keyboard. It runs off 2 AAA batteries. They also have a Bluetooth model but for about double, so it was a nobrainer to go with this one for me since I have infrared. From the instructions on the install disk I don’t think that the drivers I needed were included. The wording on the package and the bottom of the keyboard itself only lists a few SmartPhones it’s compatible with. Their website was more explicit in what devices were supported, and I got the correct drivers there. Works good. I had to initially set one step on the software and it responds every time I’ve used it. There’s a little flip up wireless antennae thing, I assume that’s the transmission mode. The left/right button toolbar choices in Windows Mobile don’t seem to be compatible with any of the keys but everything else works.
