hi there. i know it’s been awhile. just thought I’d check in with you to let you know I’m doing fine. been a slave to my muse, between trying to get the new laptop working wirelessly, and learning the ins and outs of Illustrator CS2 and also trying to figure out the best way for me to show up on the scene with a trunk full of fresh tees I’m designing for homecoming. i barely have a social life.
Since we last talked, a Scanner Darkly got my money. I want to say it sucked but I was asleep for a segment of time that would not allow me to give a just review. It fairness it was a sugar crash but the ceaseless dialogue provided quite the lullabye. The rotoscoping was a cool effect. so cool that for the first 15 minutes I didn’t retain a word of what was said. The payoff was not that great for me at the end. But Robert Downey Jr. was great, in a movie about drug addiction, I just observed.
