At my job an email went out for the holiday menu.
Here is the menu for you to enjoy: pig feet, chitterlings, fried chicken, rice & gravy, macaroni & cheese, black-eyed peas, mustard greens, candied yams and vegetarian-quiche.
I’m not going to tell you where I work, but one might assume it’s in the south and thick with melanin. and for all who don’t get down with pig innards, Merry Christmas and enjoy the quiche.
ROFL. I’d kill to have that at my jobsite. 🙂
LAWD. I’d be scared to eat just anyone’s chitterlings, though. There are only a couple of people in my life who have verified chittlin’ cleaning credentials.

I think a menu with pigs feet and veggie quiche is a work of genius.
The key, though, is how sweet the tea is. You need to be able to pour it on pancakes.
