ok lemme get this straight
the customer made a request. I took care of the request made the site live. but the customer didn’t go through the procedures we set in place, which usually take exponentially longer than actually acting on the request. so I have to undo the changes I made and wait for the request to go through the changes, so I can undo what I undid?
