I remember thinking when I was about to graduate from college and move to a different town that I would be finally free of drama in my life.
Like the class of people would be different where I was going to.
Like drama was only limited to one region and I was headed to the land of Cool Peoples. Then I learned there was drama where I moved to also.
Maybe I’m a drama lightning rod, I thought, but surely once I get married and am around my peers, drama will be a thing of the past.
Not so.
Drama, like change, is constant.
And will visit you in different forms.
A good friend of mine has schooled me that there will always be drama around you, but it is how you live your life that determines whether the drama will stick to you or pass you by.
Others refer to this as karma…
