The Rodney King videotape: in the Bryant Hall lounge at FSU – I knew it was the tip of the iceberg
The Bronco Chase: I can’t remember her name, but over at someone’s place from work watching it on TV
The OJ Verdict: at work in the middle of a crowd huddled around the radio – a very claustrophobic moment – could cut the tension with a knife
When Tupac was fatally shot: I was in my car on Bethabera Pk Blvd – heard it on the radio
When Biggie died: I was in my car @ Sonic – also heard it on the radio
The Susan Smith incident (before the truth came out) – I was driving to Fayetteville, heard it on the radio and just knew I was about to pulled over
The Lady Di accident: had company that weekend – that was some nonstop coverage
JFK Jr. plane incident: happened the day after I got married – another media event
