Joe Rogan has a bone to pick with Carlos Mencia. I first learned about this beef while reading an article on Radar Magazine’s site about the comedian community and the comics who are known material thieves. Coincidentally I found this clip. related clips seem to illustrate similarities in material by other comics and Mencia.
