i had this brilliant idea to upgrade my Norton products via online download on Friday night. I had Norton System Works which included Antivirus and decided to get the Internet Security product.

bad idea.

stuff wouldn’t boot up, I’m running commands in super safe dos mode, doing a scanreg restore just to get my pc up and running. meanwhile the free tech support don’t do weekends. removing the existing application is unsucessful and the documentation that I Googled requires extensive registry surgery.

can i get my money back?

i saw Hellboy also this weekend. it was just average, although Ron Pearlman was great casting. i dozed off a couple times. probably from my early morning walk.

i also got an hp photo cartridge and used their software to print out about 30 4x6s to send home. since I can’t email them anything. The quality is outstanding.
