we got a call last night about someone who wanted to look @ the house…one of those WE BUY HOMES people who buy and sell to someone w/ no-so-great credit. They (a family) looked at the house today and loved it.
We went to a seminar for for sale by owner, about best strategies, after work. I had the one two punch of sleepiness and a headache. I showed J the place down the street from there that I was interested in. I’m torn. I really need to see exactly what I can afford. MTV Cribs, hold your horses.
