the people regrading the development straight up cut our phone line trying install better drainage along the property line. our next door neighbor has been feeding the geese we just discovered, big chunks of Merita bread at the time. I wouldn’t have a problem with it if they didn’t crap on my doorstep afterwards and decimate the lawn in the summer…
