I came down with a fast acting bug on Friday…that’s right, I got a sickness with the quickness…been heavily medicated since then…feeling well enough late Saturday, I decided to swim upstream against the current of weekend christmas shoppers, to get some cards, a wreath and some christmas stockings. Something to remind us what time of year it was. Precious is tearing up the little rotating fiber optic tree we have, so the large ones with any real ornaments are out of the question.
I caught Disappearing Acts…all I remember from the book was the character’s names and that I didn’t like the ending. I think the movie kinda softened it up a bit…if memory serves me correctly. Another wonderful performance by Sanaa Lathan…did you know she played Wesley Snipes’ momma in Blade? She went from being his momma to being his baby momma…
