This was a much better homecoming than last year, but like last year the passing of one of our chapter members in the past year was recognized.
I spent just about all of my time on campus on the plot, selling my shirt. My first foray into actually dealing with the customer. A lot of lessons learned about what works and doesn’t work, customer requirements, how to establish the competitive edge and balance cost vs selling appeal.
I got lost on the way down coming through Raleigh which I’d never done and was feeling like a GPS was sorely needed…
We lost 15-3 or something but I haven’t seen the actual game in years.
