Happy Y2K1. We spent New Years Eve @ Nobles with our new friends and some of their friends. J and I have been to the Nobles in Winston. It’s an upscale eatery with good food. We spent a bit of time there, then proceeded to check into the Adam’s Mark. Marc and Trish discovered they were given room 666. Adam’s Mark of the Beast, perhaps? We counted down the New Year in the lobby. There was a sho’ nuff Playa’s Ball in the ballroom, and a convention of Christian college students that stayed in the hotel. There’s a mix of 2 demographics you don’t see everyday.
