Day 1 for dinner – the Lousiana Heritage Cooking School Sampler Platter: “Crawfish” Etoufee (i told him to substitute the shrimp for crawfish and he lied and said he did), Red Beans and Rice, Jambalaya and Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, with some bread pudding for dessert.

Day 2 – 15 flights of stairs, down then up that morning. Crab Platter from Ralph & Kacoos Seafood Restaurant – Crab fingers, Crab cake (filler, one or 2 bites), Deviled Crab, and Crab Au Gratin. Finished half of it but was stuffed. 22 flights of stairs back to my room.

Day 3 – 23 Flights of stairs down then up. – off to find breakfast. Dinner at the Red Fish Grill – BBQ Oysters w/ Blue Cheese (yum), Alligator Sausage, Coconut Shrimp, Shrimp and Alligator Gumbo.

Day 4 – 30 flights of stairs down and up in the morning, 25 flights down because of elevator failure at dinnertime
