jlo’s (my coworker) grandmother passed on Friday and me, bosslady and jp went to the funeral. I haven’t been to too many funerals in the south, but the memorial service started 5 minutes before the posted time and was about 30 minutes long, which i understand is not the norm in other cultures.
She seemed to have touched a lot of lives and I’m sure she will be missed.

does 35 minutes seem long or short to you? All the funerals I’ve gone to are much longer.
it was very punctual and short, from my understanding.
