crouching feline praying mantis
do people really read this stuff? just wondering. anyway…today’s images carry a nature theme. precious was going off seeing a praying mantis for the first time, and it might have been a first for me also…can’t remember. for those of you wondering if I am pimping the cat in these pictures…I didn’t pimp the cat per se’. I placed a chair where the cat could get a better look, then the picutre just happened. like the song says, pimpin aint easy.

then i set out to start my fall lawn ritual. I succeeded in mowing, edging and watering and a little bit of reseeding. I got started too late to get the neighbors to help me w/ the dethatching, and aerrating. but the front yard’s looking lovely. look at that crisp edge work from a praying mantis eye view.
